PAYMENT:

 Payment can be made through the Art Span payment system. Just click on the "Add to Cart " button and you will be taken to the Art Span payment system. Postage is USPS.  For any other payment method, such as  Zelle, or Square Payments,  please make a request through Email: wleeanderson@gmail.com and I can send a Pay Pal or Square invoice to your email address.

I will be happy to forward additional photos and dimensions for any Jewelry item on my site.  Please feel free to request them through Email: [email protected] 


LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLANS:

Payment Plans are available and can be set up for any pieces of Jewelry.  Please feel free to make a Request For A Layaway Payment Plan through email: [email protected]

• Layaway Plans require a 25% down payment and the remaining balance can be paid off, with the payment method and schedule of your choosing, within 6-months. The full layaway policy is below:

  • • For items sold on a layaway basis, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid within 6 months of starting the layaway, with no interest charged.
  • • If the purchaser wishes to cancel the sale any time before the six months, the 25% down payment will be retained and any remaining balance refunded.
  • • If the layaway is not paid off after 6 months, we will attempt to contact the customer. If we cannot reach the customer, then the sale will be canceled and all payments will be retained.
  • Items purchased on Layaway are not returnable.

 SHIPPING:

 • Standard Domestic Shipping On All Orders (USPS Mail) within The Continental U.S. 

• I ship after payment is received and Processed, using USPS Mail with Insurance and Delivery Conformation

• All Orders ship within 1-5 business days.

• Payment and Shipment for my work is handled through PayPal and USPS. Details and final pricing are finalized through email, and a final invoice including shipping will be sent with final approval for payment.


*NOTE* :  Special or overnight shipping available for exact cost of shipping, upon request.  

*NOTE* : I am happy to ship International orders. Please make a request and I will Quote a shipping cost. Please note that if you are in a country that adds either customs or VAT, I am not able to account for those fees, and you will be responsible for any fees incurred.


RETURNS/REFUNDS: 
 If the Jewelry that you purchased does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. In most cases, after we communicate, I will give return approval. Please pack the Jewelry with care, in the manner you received it. When I receive it in its original and unworn condition, I will process your full refund, minus the original cost of shipping. Your refund will be made in the manner of Payment.


CUSTOM ORDERS:
• For Custom Placed Orders and Custom Designed Pieces, Please describe in Detail, Timeline, Budget,  inspiration, where you are located and any other special details. 

• If your item is custom made and created to your specifications, your payment is non-refundable. Payment is required before I start, in order to purchase the necessary materials.
